TERMS AND CONDITIONS

30 Days: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days after the order is shipped.

Documentation: Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order for Vinacao to process your refund.

Good Condition: All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a refund. If merchandise is returned that is deemed to have been worn we will bill customer the shipping and handling to send it back.

Non-Refundable Items: Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on panties, babydolls, bodysuits, hosiery, teddies, and any lingerie set that includes a panty. If these items are returned to Vinacao they will be sent back to you at your expense. In all cases final say is left to discretion of Vinacao.

 

RETURNS

Vinacao offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. (Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund).

How to Return a Purchase:
You may return your purchase by one of the two following options:
 1. Returns by mail, please mail to us the completed Return Form (included with your shipment), your original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return.

All returns should be sent to: 188 Elderwood Trail, Oakville, Ontario L6H 5W4

For security reasons, please do not return the merchandise in a Gift Box alone. Please send the parcel back with the Gift box as well as the Shipping box.

*Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting a return.

Receiving a Refund:
Once we receive the return and determine that it complies with our Terms & Conditions, we will promptly refund you the cost of the merchandise, plus any applicable taxes. Your refund will be credited only to the credit card used to make the purchase (Including gift purchases). We ask that you kindly allow two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

*NOTE: You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders.

Exchanges:
Exchanges must be postmarked no later than 30 days. Please do not send back worn merchandise we reserve the right to charge you the shipping and handling it will cost to return it to you. 

 

SECURITY GUARANTEE

As soon as we ask you for any private, secure information, Vinacao uses SSL technology to transmit this information over the internet. Our secure server encrypts the information so that the sensitive information cannot be read while it travels over the internet.

Helping You Prevent Fraud

To protect yourself from internet crimes when using the internet you should consider safeguarding your computer and use when online. To help you better protect your information, we want to clarify some of our practices and raise your awareness of some current scams that might affect you or your computer:

"Phishing" or "Spoofing" refers to emails that appear to be from a legitimate company (often including the logo of that company) and request personal information such as credit card and bank account numbers or passwords. The reality is that these emails are coming from an unauthorized and phony source. If you are to ever receive an email like this please forward the email to fraud@vinacao.com.

So that you are never under any false elusions:

* Vinacao.com WILL NOT email you to verify your credit card number
  
* You should only submit credit card information to Vinacao.com when completing an order
at our check-out page or when updating Your Account at Vinacao.com

* If you receive an email that appears to come from Vinacao that asks
you to provide your credit card information or your password to Your Account, it
would NOT be from us. You should NEVER provide your credit card or password. This should be a
    general rule for   every online account you may have with any store. Contact your merchant immediately
    to let them know  you have  received such an email.
   
* If you receive an email requesting any credit card or other personal information in
exchange for a Vinacao gift card, it is NOT from us.

You could help us fight fraudulent email requests that make reference to Vinacao by forwarding them (without altering the subject line) to us at fraud@vinacao.com.

 

PROMO OFFERS

Vinacao offers two different types promotions, Standard and Special:

Standard Promos
Standard Promotions will automatically be applied to your transaction. For example, our 2 for $X or 3 for $X promotions on bras and panties are automatically calculated for you and will apply to your total. Our Standard Promotion for shipping (FREE Regular shipping over $XX) will automatically be calculated based on your order sub-total. Other Standard Promotions may include Shopping Parties that are open to all shoppers and, unless otherwise stated, no coupon code is required.

Special Promos
Special Promotions can be redeemed using a coupon code. This coupon code is usually given to the customer via email if you are registered to Vinacao email club.

Other Special Promotions are via our marketing partners, and a coupon code is published along with the special offer.
If you have a coupon that can be redeemed from Vinacao, please enter the coupon code towards the bottom of the checkout page in the Coupon Code field.

 

SHIPPING

Vinacao offers you FREE Regular Shipping on orders over $75.00 within Canada.
This applies to regular shipping method within Canada only. Purchase total does not include sales tax, shipping & handling charges.
The price for shipping will automatically be deducted from all applicable orders at the checkout.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Orders shipped to the U.S. and other International locations:

As Vinacao does not charge Canadian taxes on any US and International orders, these orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once your package reaches your country. If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice for which you are responsible. For additional information regarding customs policies in your country, please contact your customs office.

Vinacao is not responsible for any taxes and/or duties which may be levied when your shipment enters your country of destination.
