Vinacao is the GTA’s (Greater Toronto Area) first lingerie and lingerie party store. Providing women with lingerie party’s wear you can meet other women and unwind……..forgetting the problems and the chaos of day to day life.  Soon to specialize in lingerie parties soon to be brides. Will be something you will never forget!!

Your privacy is very important to us. Our priority is to ensure a safe and secure online environment to all our valued customers.

3. How do I place an order?
To place an order at the Vinacao Online Lingerie Store, sign in as a new or returning customer. Once you are signed in, please browse our online catalog by selecting a category found at the top of every page. You may then select items that you would like to purchase by clicking on "Add to Bag" (within the product page) to place the item in your shopping bag. When you are ready to complete your order, click on "Check Out" for a last review of the items, then click on "Check Out" and follow the check out procedures. We will request billing, shipping and credit card information from you, which will ultimately be sent to Vinacao via a secure connection to process your order and ship your package

4. How do I pay for my purchases at Vinacao Online Lingerie Store?

CREDIT CARDS
The Vinacao Online Lingerie Store currently accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express (Amex).

CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS & GIFT CARDS
We regret that at this time the Vinacao Online Lingerie Store does not accept checks, and money orders.

5. How long with an order take to arrive if not in stock?
We allow 4-6 week for delivery. If merchandise comes in sooner then we will get it out to you as quickly as possible.
This allows you to have the comfort of knowing that the merchandise is on route.

6. Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?
You may return your purchase by one of the two following options:

* For returns by mail, please mail to us the completed Return Form (included with your shipment), your original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return. All returns should be sent to:

188 Elderwood Trail, Oakville, Ontario, L6H 5W4

* For security reasons, please do not return the merchandise in the Vinacao Gift Box alone. Please send the parcel back with the Gift box as well as the Shipping box.

* Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting a return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Due to the hygienic standards and the intimate nature of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on babydolls, panties, bodysuits, hosiery, teddies. Left up to Vinacao discretion.

7. How are the shipping fees determined?
Shipping costs depend on destination address and the shipping method you select. Canadian shipments sent by Canada Post, while U.S. and International orders are always shipped via courier. Exact fees are available on the Shipping Information & Fees page.

8. Are there any countries that Vinacao does not ship to?
Vinacao will ship your order to almost any country in the world. Please be aware that some countries may have laws which preclude certain products from being imported. Vinacao does not take responsibility for the delivery of orders due to local import regulations in other countries.

Shipping fees are unique to each country, and as such are determined uniquely for each shipment (see Shipping Fees: International for details on how we provide you with customized shipping fees.)

As Vinacao does not charge Canadian taxes on all US and International orders, these orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are charged once your package reaches your country. If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice for which you are responsible. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

9. Is there a Vinacao Lingerie catalogue?
Vinacao’s lingerie collection is available only in our stores and online. There is a printed catalogue but it is only available at Vinacao’s lingerie parties.

Orders shipped within Canada:
Canadian orders will include all applicable Federal and Provincial taxes at checkout.
